The 44th & 3rd Booksellers project was an interior build-out in every sense of the word. Located within the Entra Mixed-Use facility in the Historic West End, the project took a cold dark shell with dirt floors and turned it into an intellectual's paradise. The project encompassed concrete slab in-fill work, construction of demising walls between interior spaces, installation of new Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems. The project was finished with a warm color palette and exquisite high-end lighting and plumbing fixtures selected by the design team at Thompson Greene Architects. Now the only thing left to do is grab a good book and enjoy a little weekend reading.
